MEDICAL STATE-CAPTURE BY PRIVATE HEALTH: ATTENTION JUDGE RAYMOND ZONDO & HAWKS • MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY paid agents to silence me, after DR JULIAN M RUMBAK – who has a medical negligence history - butchered my mouth. The Department of Health has NO CONTROL over Dr Rumbak, because he pays for the privileges to be in “private practice”, which is Medical State-Capture. District Surgeon’s Report & Doctors’ Reports validate permanent mouth-damage, and that “no operation will help”. Before they place me & Dr Rumbak into Plain Pine Coffins – Jewish Law for rich and Poor – he will learn that a doctor is responsible & accountable for his trail of botch-ups! • JUDGE CLAASSEN FAILED TO METE OUT JUSTICE: he refused to allow me to refer to Dr Rumbak’s 3 other victims, which is relevant corroborative evidence, in The Public Interest: The Public has a Right to Know (Advocate Brian Spilg motivated an out-of-court arrangement for one of Dr Rumbak’s victims); Judge Claassen refused to allow me to demonstrate to the court mouth-damage when I chew; Judge Claassen allowed Dr Rumbak’s advocate to ask a ‘leading question’; Judge Claassen shouted at me. This makes a mockery of judicial procedure… Andre Brink “A Fork in the Road” pg.235: “the trial was in the hands of a right-wing judge, clearly kowtowing the apartheid regime” • DR RUMBAK’S HUMILIATING CHARACTER-ASSASSINATION REPORT states that I am a bachelor-lecturer with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars • ROHAN BARRY ISAACS - Dr Rumbak’s lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys - intimidated my chief witness who then refused to testify; Isaacs terrorised me with threats of “orders to compel”, forcing me to be examined by his paid-gun medical-team, with their false reports of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination” • RONALD BOBROFF - my 1st lawyer - withheld vital X-rays which point to mouth-damage caused by Dr Rumbak; Bobroff is being investigated by The Hawks, with international Interpol Red Notices arrest warrants for extradition; he stole millions of Rands; his Israeli bank accounts are frozen; he was struck off The Roll (Sunday Times 29 July 2018) • PETER SOLLER - my 2nd lawyer - sent me Death Threats, spoilt my case against Dr Rumbak, and was struck off The Roll by Two Judges who said that “Soller is a danger to society” • Octogenarian social worker Mae Navias - who eventually stepped down, asking “to forgive & forget & make Peace” - joined the “conspiracy-of–silence”, by placing a dagger in my soul: she plotted to fell me with the aid of Dr Gunther Winkler, who prescribed Haloperidol & Benzhexol drugs that cause sudden Death; Navias tried to get me evaluated at a psychiatric facility, using advocate Bernard David to assure me it would “strengthen my case”! • HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL protects Dr Rumbak under all circumstances and LAW SOCIETY protects heinous lawyers… MY FIGHT FOR TRUTH continues undaunted, because I prove to The World that victims of medical negligence in South Africa are silenced in evil & reprehensible ways by a medico-legal system that closes ranks in order to deal with stubborn victims, who stand up for Human Rights. If I accept doctors’ lying reports coupled with the reprehensible lawyers who were paid to corner me, it makes a mockery of The Truth I taught for 21-years, until Dr Rumbak ruined my quality-of-life. NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE must be implemented without any further playing for time, so that ALL doctors are controlled by The Department of Health, and so that ALL citizens receive equal Public Health Care; too many doctors are defrauding medical aids, who distrust some doctors (Sunday Times 15 July 2018); medical aid premiums are unaffordable and spiraling, coupled with reduced benefits. I will continue to support & help Dr Aaron Motsoaledi’s efforts to implement National Health Insurance.
