STATE-CAPTURE BY CORRUPT PRIVATE HEALTH SOUTH AFRICA

MEDICAL STATE-CAPTURE: RAYMOND CHAIT – SOUTH AFRICAN HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST – EXPOSES MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY (M.P.S.), BACKING NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (N.H.I.), FINGERING HOSTILE JUDGES, DOCTORS’/ LAWYERS’ LIES AND CORRUPT PRIVATE HEALTH… DR JULIAN MARTIN RUMBAK butchered my mouth, causing a permanent neck-erection. He damaged THREE other victims, admitting guilt in an “out-of-court arrangement”! My cousin - Professor Ian Smith, (past head Maxillo-Facial surgery at Johannesburg General Hospital) - was horrified at the damage Dr Rumbak caused to my mouth; conflict of interest foisted him into an invidious predicament: he could not become involved… I FIX FULL BLAME ON THE MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY, Dr Rumbak’s insurers! THE LAW STATES THAT “THE PRINCIPAL – MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY – IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF ITS AGENTS”… (its agents use corrupt tactics)… Constitutional Court Judge Edwin Cameron - in his book “Justice” - gives examples of hostile and biased judges: I point out FOUR areas where Judge Claassen was blatantly biased and hostile. Health Department has no control over Dr Rumbak, because he pays for privileges to be in ‘private practice’, which is state-capture. Apartheid-mentality Health Professions Council - aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history – keeps his file in a dark room!  My 22 years’ research proves that private health has failed, and that Dr Aaron Motsoaledi’s National Health Insurance must be implemented without further delay, to ensure equal medical care - without favour - for all South Africa’s people. “Medical aid schemes will price themselves out of existence, and invite intervention by government… clients are sick of annual hikes… hospital insurance may not be what you think” (Sunday Times 29 January 2017). Medical Protection Society, (Dr Rumbak’s insurers) instructed Deneys Reitz attorneys, who appointed lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs to protect Dr Rumbak: Isaacs (inter alia) intimidated my chief witness, and paid prejudiced doctors for false medical reports. One doctor prescribed poisonous drugs, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death. Lawyers turn to psychiatry, when all other defenses fail. My lawyer - Peter Soller - purposely spoilt my case, and was struck off the role by two Judges. These are pointers to syndicated criminality. IF YOU BECOME A VICTIM OF MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE IN SOUTH AFRICA, YOU HAVE NO HOPE AGAINST A DOCTOR. I FIGHT FOR OTHER VICTIMS, WHO WILL BE TORTURED, IF THEY STAND UP FOR TRUTH… In heart-failure, My Friend was rushed to a private medi-clinic, which demanded a R5000 deposit; as an indigent, she could not cough up; fortunately a doctor stabilised her, after which an ambulance was summoned to palm her off to a state hospital. Etched in memory, is that if a person is indigent, his/her life is compromised… disgusting in the extreme! Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi “Better healthcare for all – not just the rich” (Sunday Times 26 June 2016) deserves highest accolades for his efforts to implement National Health Insurance (N.H.I.), which will cover all South Africans, without favour or prejudice… “private health cares only for wealthy citizens, and is ruthlessly profit-oriented; members’ premiums are expensive and rocketing; they get dumped when benefits are exhausted. World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) is investigating South Africa’s private health system, which is expensive by international standards” (Business Day 4 August 2016).
